These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern your access to and use of the btv22 website and all related services offered at btv22.app (the "Platform"). btv22 is an online gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh. 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the btv22 Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are using the Platform on behalf of any organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the btv22 Platform, including visitors who browse without registering and registered players who deposit and place wagers. Accessing the Platform from any device or network constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To open an account and use the btv22 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your account remains open.

Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be suspended immediately, all bonuses will be forfeited, and any winnings derived from underage play may be withheld pending investigation.
The btv22 Platform is available to players physically located in Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh. btv22 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. It is your responsibility to verify that using the Platform is lawful where you are located.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, and Bangladesh mobile number. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
3. Account Registration and Management
Each individual is permitted to hold one btv22 account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, or the same payment method — constitutes a breach of these terms. btv22 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to confiscate any balances or winnings associated with them.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your btv22 login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. btv22 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
btv22 may request identity verification (KYC) documentation at any time, including upon registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a flagged transaction. Acceptable documents include a National ID card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.
You may request closure of your btv22 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (net of unsatisfied bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within 5 business days. btv22 also reserves the right to close any account that violates these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
btv22 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). btv22 does not accept cryptocurrency or anonymous payment instruments. The minimum deposit is ৳200.
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your account balance instantly under normal circumstances. btv22 does not charge deposit fees on its side; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, City Bank, and Sonali Bank are processed within 24 hours. btv22 does not charge withdrawal fees. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawals must be made to a payment account in the same name as your btv22 account.
btv22 may delay or decline withdrawal requests pending KYC verification or investigation of suspicious activity. Funds may not be transferred between player accounts under any circumstances. Deposits used solely to activate a bonus without genuine gaming intent may be subject to review before withdrawal is approved.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
btv22 offers bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these General Terms and Conditions. In any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these General T&C, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is issued. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements, and some games may be excluded entirely from wagering requirement fulfilment. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
btv22 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, wagering patterns consistent with low-risk bonus exploitation, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotions.
All bonuses have an expiry period specified at the time of issuance. Any bonus funds remaining in your account after the expiry date, and any winnings associated with expired bonus funds, will be forfeited automatically. Players are responsible for monitoring bonus expiry dates within their account dashboard.
6. Responsible Gaming
btv22 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. You acknowledge that online gaming carries an inherent risk of financial loss and that you choose to participate voluntarily and at your own risk. btv22 provides the following responsible gaming tools to every registered player at no charge: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. 7. Prohibited Conduct
The following types of conduct are strictly prohibited on the btv22 Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any associated balances or winnings may be forfeited without notice.
Using the btv22 Platform to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or any other financial crime is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities. This includes making deposits using stolen payment instruments, using the Platform to move funds without genuine gaming intent, and structuring transactions to avoid detection.
Attempting to cheat, collude with other players, use software to gain an unfair advantage, exploit errors or glitches in the Platform, or engage in any form of match-fixing or result manipulation is prohibited. btv22 uses automated monitoring tools to detect unusual betting patterns and reserves the right to void wagers and suspend accounts where cheating is suspected.
Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed towards btv22 staff or other players, whether through in-platform communication, email, or any other channel, will result in immediate account suspension. btv22 is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all players on the Platform.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the btv22 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and game content, is the property of btv22 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of btv22.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, btv22 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the btv22 Platform. This includes losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, data loss, or any unauthorised access to your account where such access was not caused by btv22's own negligence.
btv22 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Platform operates correctly and that game results are processed accurately. However, btv22 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. In the event of a system error resulting in the incorrect crediting or debiting of a player account, btv22 reserves the right to correct the error and restore the account balance to its accurate state, even if this requires recovering funds already credited.
10. Amendments to These Terms
btv22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, btv22 will endeavour to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall first be submitted to btv22's customer support team for resolution. btv22 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal support process, the parties agree to pursue resolution through mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
